Hi Steve! I've no idea, mate. To be honest North America is by far the best place to do that sort of thing as it has such an extensive freight network. Apparently Europe has a few lines here and there. And Australia, but the thought of getting stuck out in the baking desert for 2 weeks isn't very appealing.
How about russia? Though it is quite cold.
