Big Slide Mountain is 1292 meters high and has some of the best views in the Adirondacks. I climbed it with my dad and his friend, so those are the two people in the video. Overall, it was an amazing trip. We had completely clear skies and incredible views the entire time.
So beautiful! Its nice to see something different to the UK stuff that I normally see. The wilderness is so different. Good choice in music, too. I like the way it starts to get epic at 0:52 with the vocals coming in. I think this video really captures the spirit of the 'boys adventure' of the trip. Bonus points for the glissading at the end too! Weeee....tree... ouch....weeee.... (repeat)

Thanks! This was one of the best hikes I've been on in the Adirondacks. There wasn't a single cloud in the sky, which is really rare for winter hiking around here. It's definitely nice to be able to go knock out a hike like this in a day.
Haha, yeah we hardly made it down the mountain. It was really steep and icy. We could see tracks where people turned around and went back.
