I wanted to share this with folks:

The entire full documentary movie of "Touching the Void" is available on Youtube.

Touching the Void is a 2003 documentary based on the book of the same name by Joe Simpson about Simpson's and Simon Yates' disastrous and near fatal attempt to climb Siula Grande (6,344 m) in the Peruvian Andes in 1985.

If you don't know anything about what happened - I urge you NOT to google it. Instead, bookmark this and watch it when you get the time. It's an amazing story and I recommend this documentary to anyone, regardless of whether they're into adventuring or not.

Don't take my word for it:
Critically acclaimed, it was listed in the PBS' 100 "Greatest" Documentaries of All Time. The Guardian described it as "the most successful documentary in British cinema history". The documentary gained the BAFTA for Best British Film in 2004.

Don't forget - - For anyone not in the know - clicking the 'Cog' at bottom of a YouTube video allows you to access the quality menu - change it '720p HD' for best quality.

Direct link if you want to watch on YouTube's own site:

Damn it, I started watching the first few minutes of it and now I want to see the whole thing, except that it's 1:20am and I am trying to get the website renovations completed, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow :P
