Pennsylvania Train Hopping

I am interested in trying to hop from southeast Pennsylvania to northwest Pennsylvania. Where can I find reliable map of lines so that I can plan and navigate properly? Has anyone tried a similar trip? Does anyone have any tips for me other than the obvious? any information is greatly appreciated.

Here's another site that may help, or not I know it has my local CSX line on it but I don't know if it is complete and I think it also shows passenger train lines too. www.openrailwaymap.org/

I've gone from Newark to Bethlehem/Allentown. Tons of trains leaving from there, which are probably your best bet
