Since I'm still in school I don't have much time for adventuring, though there's probably quite a bit in my future. Being in Maine, there is plenty of wilderness. I've recently gotten all my shit together to start hunting, which will be quite an adventure in of itself. Unfortunately I don't own a car, so getting places is a problem. I enjoy hiking, camping, and pretty much anything outdoorsy. Currently I'm not in fantastic physical shape, but that is something I'm working on. for 7 years I've been a full time cyclocommuter, it was a 2½ hour ride to work, so it wasn't long that I started stealth hammock camping closer to work. At first I'd go home for weekends, Then I at some point I went full-time, 3-season, and 4 years ago, once I could afford the equipment, I became a 4-season, Full-time, stealth Hammock camper.
Long term goals: Eventually I plan to do a big cycling trip, visiting the friends I've never met along the way. I am from western Wisconsin about an hour away from the twin cities. As for my interests, they seem to be changing, more in the direction of freight hopping. I also partake in activities such as, skateboarding, ceramics (I make cups, bowls and pots n stuff.) And nature walking, mainly in a ravine with multiple waterfalls, which in the small town I live in, most refer to it as trip falls.. or trick falls.. not really sure which.
Anywho, I'm looking to freight hop for the first time coming in august, I dont have a lot of money currently, and that's okay. I'm going no matter what, and I would love any advice you are willing to pass on and would love to be in service back to you in anyway I can.
